Automatic Main Feeding Line for Silo & Manual Hopper System

The automatic main feeding system is assembled with silo or manual feeding hopper, driving unit, auger conveyor and feed level sensor. The enclosed chicken house design elevates management efficiency, reduces cross infection rate and enables full automatic operation of chicken farms.

Silo Construction	Consists of silo body, top cover, upper flange, upper cone, supporting legs and access ladder. Steel materials sourced from Shougang Group with hot-dip galvanizing weight of 275 g/m².

Automatic Nipple Drinking Line System

Nipple Design: Housing from high-grade engineering plastic with corrosion-resistant stainless steel valve stem. Supports 360° rotation. Double-layer sealing structure prevents water leakage and humidity fluctuations.
Waterline Support: Hot-dip galvanized rust prevention (275 g/m² zinc coating). Weld-free connection simplifies installation, maintenance and disinfection.
Waterline Front Assembly: Custom-designed for regular water supply and medication dosing. Equipped with large-diameter, high-pressure flushing pipeline to remove sediments and impurities.
Pressure Regulator: High-flow backpressure regulator with stable adjustment and high sensitivity. Backpressure knob boosts internal pressure up to 10x standard for pipeline self-cleaning.
Water Level Indicator: High-transparency flexible tubing with 304 stainless steel support spring. One-way air vent prevents water overflow.

Supplementary accessories: waterline end fitting, 1500-lb lifting winch for height adjustment and other complete auxiliary components.
